We carry out a full cycle of providing partners with spare parts, which includes:

– transportation of spare parts from the manufacturer’s warehouses to their own warehouses;
– creation of their own central warehouse, as well as local spare parts warehouses in the regions;
– providing service centers with spare parts necessary for warranty repairs;
– return of defective spare parts and decommissioned equipment, control of their receipt;
– approval warranty and insurance replacements and write-offs;
– restoration, dismantling and disposal of decommissioned equipment and defective spare parts;
– sending spare parts and decommissioned equipment to its destination.
